1. SHIPPING TIMELINE
Orders are shipped within 7–10 working days from the date of purchase.

Please note that working days exclude Fridays and official holidays.

Once your package has been picked up from our warehouse, you will receive an SMS from the courier.


2. TRY-ON AT THE DOOR
You may try on the item upon delivery when the courier arrives.

If you decide not to keep it, you may return the entire package and pay the applicable shipping fees.


3. RETURN & EXCHANGE
You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in perfect condition — unused, unworn, and unwashed — with all original packaging and tags included.

4. EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only possible if the requested item or size is available in stock.

If the item is unavailable, you may request a refund and place a new order.


5. ORDER EDITS & CANCELLATION
Adding, removing, or editing items in an existing order is not possible.

However, we can cancel your order, and you may place a new one at your own responsibility.
